Note that all sAAver flights available on AA.com are able to be booked on BA.  When there are many flights on one day, they may not all be listed on BA.com.  So you will have to call to book it.  Get the phone fee waved because it wasn't able to be booked on line.

NOTE: Household accounts will not allow transfers from Iberia to BA. Make sure you don't have a household account, and if you do, split it up.

NOTE: When booking, erase your Avios number when entering your passenger information. This will make it much simpler to add your AA Advantage number at a later time.

I am trying to book PHL-CLE route using BA avios points. AA website is showing plenty of award availability for Feb but when I go on BA website to book it is showing no availability in econ cabin for all dates in Feb. I spoke to a BA rep in order to try to book over the phone and she said they were informed to not book any avios award flights that are operated by US Airways until after Feb 2nd....Has anyone else been running into this issue?

Intresting. Flights show up but say 0 available. What happens when you try to click through? I got all the way through till the final payment page, but did not submit payment...

When trying to confirm the flight it just says flights are sold out. I confirmed with my call with the BA rep that on their system is clearly showing plenty of seats available which verifies by AA award search efforts. I was wondering if this was only this route or applies to all US Airways operated flights.

What does it say?

As a side note, Sunday night I found a flight on the 20th of Feb CLE-PHL that was showing 1 econ seat available which I booked right away. When selecting my seat on US Airways website I found it that it booked my into first class instead of econ cabin even thu only paid 4,500 avios?!! I wonder if this is connected to the issues that is going on?

Any way to force the website to show a flight? JFK-LAX has many flights, and I want the latest flight, its available however the site seems to be limited to 8-9 results...?

Any ideas?

BA only shows the first 7 flights of a given day, he's trying to book the 8th or later flight of the day

So PUTPAC.

If it's bookable on AA, it'll be bookable on BA by phone.

I don't even know if BA has a phones fee, but when this happened to me, I was not charged one.

IINM they have a $25 phone fee, but with a little prodding they should waive it for you because it's not available on ba.com

I think only if it's available as a saver award.

Correct, so if you see it on AA you can call BA to book you that flight.
