Note that all sAAver flights available on AA.com are able to be booked on BA.  When there are many flights on one day, they may not all be listed on BA.com.  So you will have to call to book it.  Get the phone fee waved because it wasn't able to be booked on line.

NOTE: Household accounts will not allow transfers from Iberia to BA. Make sure you don't have a household account, and if you do, split it up.

NOTE: When booking, erase your Avios number when entering your passenger information. This will make it much simpler to add your AA Advantage number at a later time.

Use it to your advantage. The other day I saw availability on Saaver level, but it did not show on BA.com. So I called them up. She looked for me and saw no availability at all. I knew that BA showed availability, just the exact flight i wanted was not showing. Rather than tell her that she was doing something wrong, I asked her to check the next day instead. Nothing. OK, check the following day. Nothing. I went through a bunch of days and she kept finding nothing. I explained that something must be wrong, as there is always availability on this flight. After a few holds, she booked me on the flight that was showing on AA, with a $43.00 or something like that tax& surcharge. Took a few more holds for her to get it down to $5.60. The whole time i was nervous that by fighting over the $40, I was going to loose my flight, but in the end it all worked out!
Did you try giving the rep the exact flight number?

No. Just the route and time. Not the first time that AA showed this flight, but not showing on BA. On all thiose cases, flights soon dissaapeared from AA. (It was  USair metal)

No.
You could have saved yourself a lot of hold time and the annoying sounds of a British rep clicking the keys and humming to him/herself if you would have.

I likely would have not gotten the flight. I think that there was something flukey about it. Even she was not able to get it Glatt--hence the $40 charge.

Only took 45 min. Standard for BA.

That makes ZERO sense. If it's showing saavor on AA site then obviously AA is releasing availability on short hauls.

So you think AA is blocking BA (or vise versa) from seeing availability? Doubtful

A glitch is almost as bad since they don't seem to fix glitches.  Although the other longstanding Avios/AA glitch of Priority Access is a positive, it still hasn't been fixed.

Lets get it clear,

I realized 2 problems last few days
#1 BA isn't showing availability even on flights that aa is showing saver avaiabilty , thats a ba site erro which u cn get done over the phine.

The bigger concern....
#2 a lot of routes example NYC-YUL / NYC-YYZ doesn't show a single availability on AA.com for the next coupe of months, next available seat i saw available with aa saver for NYC-YUL was Sep 9th and the next Oct 9.

This isn't any BA problem... what yes ??
