Note that all sAAver flights available on AA.com are able to be booked on BA.  When there are many flights on one day, they may not all be listed on BA.com.  So you will have to call to book it.  Get the phone fee waved because it wasn't able to be booked on line.


NOTE: Household accounts will not allow transfers from Iberia to BA. Make sure you don't have a household account, and if you do, split it up.

NOTE: When booking, erase your Avios number when entering your passenger information. This will make it much simpler to add your AA Advantage number at a later time.

I called to book RJ TLV-AMM the agent said taxes are $25, he tried to book it and said there is an error in the pricing and I should call back in 24 hours to try again. The reservation is on hold.

Anybody ever have an issue like that?

Yes, and that pricing is way off, it should be ~$85.
Call back again until you get someone to ticket it properly.

Just read through dans article on avios and I don't understand why you need to go to finnair to add your aadvantage number it's possible to do that on ba's website under manage your booking and on the bottom of the page there is a link add your ff info
