Note that all sAAver flights available on AA.com are able to be booked on BA.  When there are many flights on one day, they may not all be listed on BA.com.  So you will have to call to book it.  Get the phone fee waved because it wasn't able to be booked on line.


NOTE: Household accounts will not allow transfers from Iberia to BA. Make sure you don't have a household account, and if you do, split it up.

NOTE: When booking, erase your Avios number when entering your passenger information. This will make it much simpler to add your AA Advantage number at a later time.

I'm looking for YUL <-> NYC within the next few days. There is no availability showing on BA.com, for Avios bookings.

Are there any other places (i.e. partner sites) to look for points availability or any other techniques for finding availability last minute, etc?

Found a flight on RJ on AA.com but BA.com isn't showing it?

Does AA show phantom or do I need to call BA?

I did a Avios booking on Nov. 22nd, for 23k Avios points. The points are still in my account and it looks like i can make new bookings..Anyone ever have that? How long does it take for BA to reflect points redemption?

It happens, occasionally. Sometimes they never end up taking the points altogether. >:D

Cool! So can i book new reservations? and what happens if they do decide to take the points later... How will i be billed/ notified for insufficient points??

How is it that 9/9 seats in AA business class are open to revenue passengers and there are zero opened for points redemption.

Need 3 seats on tlv-amm. BA only shows 2 available in J. If I book the 2 seats, will they open more ?

They may open more but it has nothing to do with you booking the seats

Booked an AA flight through BA today. Just realized now that for my daughter, they put "Miss" as a title before her name but on AA's end, her first name is showing up as "XXXmiss" as opposed to to "Miss" showing up as as a title. AA is telling me that I have to get BA to change it because I'll otherwise have issues when checking in because the first names won't match. Is this accurate? It's an international flight.
