Needed to change a FFN AAdvantage on a flight I booked on BA. For the way there I changed it on rj.com . That didn't work for the way back (maybe because that ressy had 3 people on it) so I used Qatar.com . Now when I looked up Aa.com it seems like the Qatar changed wasn't implemented. Does that mean it didn't go?

Can someone please tell me if I am going crazy? I could have sworn that we flew BOS-DUB on EI in J last summer for 25,000 Avios. And that's what Dan's chart says (albeit dated). But BA agent insists it is 37,500 Avios. Who's right?

this is the screen that comes up when I search for an award booking. Of course I than re-select "no stopovers" and it than again brings me back to same page.
