Nope. Avios is only hassle-free to book when you can do it all online.

Finally got through... it's crazy how bad their phone service is, seems like 1 person is covering avios for the entire world.

Was left with no choice, had to book business on TAM, still a great deal considering coach is going up to 7.5k next week and this was 9k.

Curious, you think there's a way to request kosher for the shorthaul...

I just booked an avios ticket in coach and it came up 3 checked bags. Is that a mistake and what are the chances of them honoring it?

I checked on Finnair and it shows the same 3 bags. Is there somewhere on AA.COM where it shows how many bags I am entitled to on a specific reservation?

Just flew on AA to Canada on a ticket booked through BA. Lady at the counter gave me bs that I have to pay taxes for my 3 month old lap child. She gets on the phone to "find out the price" and comes back 10 min later that I don't have to pay now, but I will have to pay on the return. Anything for me to worry about? Should I call AA and add him to the ressy before the flight back?

Find your AA locator and check on AA.com

thats correct canada-us you need to pay taxes for infants and it can be done in the airport
