Note that all sAAver flights available on AA.com are able to be booked on BA.  When there are many flights on one day, they may not all be listed on BA.com.  So you will have to call to book it.  Get the phone fee waved because it wasn't able to be booked on line.

NOTE: Household accounts will not allow transfers from Iberia to BA. Make sure you don't have a household account, and if you do, split it up.

NOTE: When booking, erase your Avios number when entering your passenger information. This will make it much simpler to add your AA Advantage number at a later time.

Is it a "thing" that AA flights booked with BA Avios can't check in online or am I just unlucky?
I've been able to check in online. Not through the AA app though.
It would then email me a PDF boarding pass with a link to add it to iPhone Wallet.

AA showing Saver J availability, but BA US hotline cant see it, what to do?

Call SIN office.
or HUCA US.

Why can't you book online?

Not showing any availability online. Called US hotline twice got two different responses still not the flights i'm looking for. Called SIN last week and they booked what i wanted no issue. Will try them tonight I guess.

I just checked in. Sometimes you need to copy your AA confirmation number, as when it takes you to AA, I find that sometimes it does not go directly to the AA booking.

It took me to my booking and allowed me to change seats but not to check in. When I came to the airport the kiosks wouldn't check me in either. The agent said that my DOB needed to be verified. I can't imagine why.

Sorry, I'm sure this has been discussed before, but I'm trying to book a NYC-MIA flight in January 2017 using avios thru American airlines and there are barely any flights available or only flights in the early morning. I saw Dan write to try calling BA but they told me they can only book what I see on the website. Does anyone have any ideas?

Search AA.com. BA can only book what shows on AA at the saver award level.

There are a few important things to remember about a Household Account:

What does that mean ?(or when creating a freinds and family account that will help me book a flight for one who is not part of my household?
Members of a Household Account cannot redeem their Avios for anyone outside of the Household Account?!??

changes to the registered Household Account address can only be made once every six months
Executive Club Members must be 18 years or older before they can spend their Avios

You pay high fuel surcharges.
And I doubt your bro will want to take a honymoon with you.
The cardholder must fly, along with a companion.
