I booked an international mileage ticket, added the infant on the phone after. The infant appears on the reservation but the miles were not removed

Similar thing happened to me with a C+P with Hyatt. I used a DSU. They charged me the $150 and i had transferred chase points to hyatt but they're still sitting there 1+ month later.

But right now they cant figure out how to make my infants last name get on the reservation. Have her middle name instead. Any tips?

Does it actually matter? Do they ask for any ID or anything for an infant? Or proof that you're her parent, legally allowed to take her?

Its an international ticket, so I assume they do.

if you cancel within 24 hours of departure then your avios is gone
if it's before 24 hours than it suppose to go back to your account automatically

for business class its 37.5k for first it should be 50k

thats the old chart which they devalued in april '15 now that is true for flight distances of up to 2,000 miles for longer flights it goes up to x3 for business and x4 for first
