Note that all sAAver flights available on AA.com are able to be booked on BA.  When there are many flights on one day, they may not all be listed on BA.com.  So you will have to call to book it.  Get the phone fee waved because it wasn't able to be booked on line.

NOTE: Household accounts will not allow transfers from Iberia to BA. Make sure you don't have a household account, and if you do, split it up.

NOTE: When booking, erase your Avios number when entering your passenger information. This will make it much simpler to add your AA Advantage number at a later time.

Tried and I couldn’t do that. Finnair keeps saying:
The booking reference you entered is not valid. Make sure you are entering a Finnair booking reference.

Tried using both my BA and AA reference number. I did just book the tickets two hours ago (if that makes a difference).

Use the BA number for AY or RJ.

question- i have't booked a BA flight in years. I am booking a BA flight via american (domestic). I have an aviator card, how can i get free baggage? Like, how do i change the ffn after flights are booked?
I actually asked AA on twitter, and they said I can just show my credit card at check-in
(Though I then needed to cancel the award flight, so I never actually tried it)

Have not booked with avios in years!!

Looking to fly from EWR-HKG.

When I search reward flight on BA.com, nothing comes up.

What is the best way to find flights?

I believe it is Cathay pacific that actually flies the route

If I book a flight with a 12 hour stopover, but the second leg of the trip has an identical date a few days later, will BA )or their service provider) let me switch that leg to a few days later?

Huh? Identical date a few days later? That's a headscratcher.

Because they charge per segment that should be possible.

( using example for question not sure actual route exists)
Looking to book LGA - CLE with BA Avios. Flying from LGA has a stop so costs 14,000 Avios but JFK to CLE does not have a stop and cost 14,000 is Biz. Can I book the JFK to CLE and then call up and have it changed to LGA CLE but stay in Biz class?

No. Why would that work?

True, but since they charge per leg, once you change the flight they'll double the price

FWIW, book a flight from NYC to CLE, and change it to NYC-HKG at the same price.
