Note that all sAAver flights available on AA.com are able to be booked on BA.  When there are many flights on one day, they may not all be listed on BA.com.  So you will have to call to book it.  Get the phone fee waved because it wasn't able to be booked on line.


NOTE: Household accounts will not allow transfers from Iberia to BA. Make sure you don't have a household account, and if you do, split it up.

NOTE: When booking, erase your Avios number when entering your passenger information. This will make it much simpler to add your AA Advantage number at a later time.

It doesn't bring it up.
Login to your AA account and you'll be able to plugin the details without a PNR.
Use Finnair.com to change the FFN.

checkmytrip.com but in the ba number then Press view details and it'll show u the AA reservation number

Thats something you can do just by logging in to your AA account, as Dan said. You enter the flight number and date, and the PNR shows up, but it wont allow you to edit pass info.

One interesting thing to note, you cant change the FFN # of the primary passenger of the reservation, seems like it has to be linked to the BA account where you redeemed the Avios from.

That only happens IME if you delete the BA FFN when booking the BA ticket.
If you would have left the BA FFN when booking the ticket then Finnair can change it.

I just did it like Dan said, didn't delete anything on BA*, then went to Finnair and was able to change to AA FFN.
Might be a little different because Pax is not the BA account holder...but is the only one on the reservation.

*actually changed the BA FFN from account holder (which was prefilled) to Pax BA FFN

The BA website still shows the BA FFN but on both AA and Finnair it shows the AA FFN.
