I'm having a problem that it's not showing a place to put in birthday when redeeming avios. What's real weird is that only certain flights are the birthday not showing up. i.e. cleveland -new york one ways. I was wondering if anyone else had the same problem. I booked the flight and then had to call up and give birthday on phone.

here is the info:

i want to go to (arriving) myrtle beach sc from (Departing) ny City

i hae BA miles that i want to use.

I would like to go in july or augest.

please help me how i can do this?

You can't. AA doesn't fly to MYR, and of the airlines who do, no one is a One World partner AFAIK. Just get a cheap ticket on Spirit if you don't have a lot of bags.

If u miss ur flight and come within 2 hours of it, they'll put u free on standby for a later flight.
But if u want to go earlier ur right, you must pay, but I've know a few ppl that called aa or at the counter they didn't charge

When trying to change to an earlier flight. First try at check in and then the lounge and then at the gate. Usually one of those will work.
