Yesterday I had to HUCA like 8 times.
Most of their Reps. are simply incompetent and rude. They do have some really kind ones though.
Don't think I ever came across an incompetent BA USA rep. Happens on the DXB-LHR flight and others. No problem by phone.

Ok, ok. I'll agree there are a lot worse out there, but still don't hold a candle to the Continental desk.
This was my scenario yesterday; I wanted to book an intnl flight which includes a connection. Problem was that on the website it would only show availability when I searched the two segments separately, but not as one itinerary = higher fees, a common BA issue.
When I called, they told me they can't marry the two segments... Don't you call that incompetent??!
She's gonna tell me about a route that I've flown so many times, and that is available on many other dates, that they can't marry the segments?!
One after another, very rude (mostly females).
That's why I had to HUCA about 8 times.
Maybe it was only the Sunday crew, who knows.
FTR, I've been booking with BA ever since I started churning, as they were one of my first CC.
