One way is only available in "First Class", which is 3 Xs the amount of miles.

I bought someone's avios and they have a household set up that allows anyone that contributes their miles to use the account. I'm trying to book a ticket for someone not on the list and it says that I can't book it without an adult and refuses to let me book a ticket for a person off that list. Is there a way around this?

I worked that out.

I added them to the family account. but when I'm booking the ticket it asks if a the credit card holder is flying on the flight. is it ok if i use my (nothing to do with the account) credit card even though it says 'yes' (the credit card holder is flying) ?

Whats up with BA.

I know sometimes they don't show flights, but tonight is insane.

I cant find anything that's on AA.

BA charges 10000 miles for DTW-MIA, even though the distance is (slightly) less than 1150 miles wherever I checked.

Any way to convince them to correct this?

Just because gcmap says its <1150 (namely, 1145) doesn't mean that is how it's calculated by BA for their award chart.

In all likelihood, gcmap is off by 5+ mi as compared to BA's calculation.

Just spoke to them. They say that according to their calculations the distance was 1153 miles!

How could there be a difference of 8 miles between two systems measuring the distance between the exact same places?

I booked NYC-CLE with Avios a couple months ago for a flight in October. I just realized that I had put in the wrong dates. Assuming there's availability for the dates I do need, am I able to change the tickets? Do I contact BA or American, and at what number? Also, I had added a lap infant to the ticket. Will I need to do that again?

Yes. With change fee (or just cancel and rebook).

According to BA.com it will cost me $240 to change the dates for all 3 passengers. If I cancel and rebook I'll only be out the $15 I had originally paid but will be refunded all the Avios I had used for the tickets, correct? If yes, it definitely makes more sense to cancel and rebook.

One more question: AA.com shows plenty of availability for one of the flights I need, but BA.com shows 0 reward seats available. Is there any way I can get on that flight using Avios?

It'll cost you $65/$40 or forfeit the taxes, whichever is cheaper, if cancelled online.
