BA Avios question(s)

Is there a way of canceling Avios award ticket on AA online if its still less than 24 hours since it was booked or you have to do it via phone?

i thought your always able to cancel, even less than 24 hours?

Always check on aa.com. They sometimes display what ba doesn't. Whatever AA has for 12.5, you can book on BA for 4.5.

Right but by AA they only have for 25K  so what does it mean?

It means it cant be booked with BA only AA for a higher award amount.

Calling BA will not help in this situation. I had in the past where it didn't show online on BA, it showed on AA and they waived me the phone booking fee. This happened twice already.

I am looking to book from dec 22 to dec 29 to miami. On AA.COM it shows flights avail for those dates for 12.5k each flight. Is the normal price for this? Are there any fuel surcharges?

Lastly, how long does it take to transfer my points? (I have 100k amex gold).

Generally when there is sAAver availability on AA.com there will be availability on BA.com.
There are no fuel surcharges and tax is minimal.
I believe the transfer should be instant.
