Note that all sAAver flights available on AA.com are able to be booked on BA.  When there are many flights on one day, they may not all be listed on BA.com.  So you will have to call to book it.  Get the phone fee waved because it wasn't able to be booked on line.

NOTE: Household accounts will not allow transfers from Iberia to BA. Make sure you don't have a household account, and if you do, split it up.

NOTE: When booking, erase your Avios number when entering your passenger information. This will make it much simpler to add your AA Advantage number at a later time.

Of course not
Part of the reason Avios flights should be booked as two one ways

If your question is do they not, they d don't.
If your question is why not, I assume it's because they think it's not profitable and doesn't add to their network

i was asking. thought i was crazy for not finding it....thanx. i was trying to save money by flying to BUF and renting a car there vs YYZ and renting in toronto. i would save the $58 fee with BA and the actual rental is a lot cheaper in the US vs toronto. what other miles are worth using to get to BUF?

Hidden city. Not only to BUF; perhaps even YYZ.

If you have a "Citi  AA Advantage Credit card", show it at the baggage counter, and they will waive the 25 dollar fee per bag

I have seen it all. Its really varys on the check in agent. I have had where they do let if its booked on ba points bec you should get a email where it shows u get 2 free bags. If you do - u should show them it at the airport- that has worked for alot of pple. I was yesterday in the airport and they wanted to charge for my bags despite that I had the aa card. So i had to nicely explain the rules. Luckily the supervisor was aware that with those cards you get the bag fee waived.

Expected travel times door to door NYC-YYZ (assuming you live ~25 minutes from the airport on each side). factoring in all travel time including customs wait

Fly to YYZ: 4 hours
Fly to BUF: 7 hours
Drive: 8.5 hours

Expected travel times door to door YYZ-NYC (assuming you live ~25 minutes from the airport on each side)
Fly to NYC: 4.5 hours
Fly from BUF: 7 hours
Drive: 8.5 hours

To me the only two options are drive or fly direct. Flying to Buffalo makes no sense

YMMV. If it's attached to your reservation that's a different story.

How would I go about "attaching" it to my reservation?
