Note that all sAAver flights available on AA.com are able to be booked on BA.  When there are many flights on one day, they may not all be listed on BA.com.  So you will have to call to book it.  Get the phone fee waved because it wasn't able to be booked on line.

NOTE: Household accounts will not allow transfers from Iberia to BA. Make sure you don't have a household account, and if you do, split it up.

NOTE: When booking, erase your Avios number when entering your passenger information. This will make it much simpler to add your AA Advantage number at a later time.

I've never used ba.com before -how does it work if I changed one leg of my flight - should I have received a new email with a new e-ticket? the booking number shows confirmed correct info on ba.com

Today I cancelled three flights. One came right back in, and the other two, I got an email that they are processing the refund.. pretty weird because this never happened before. Anyone have this experience?

I bought a ticket with avios on 03/27, and paid with my CC the taxes  (ticket is for my SIL from my FIL account).

The CC charge was pending for 1-2 days and then despaired for good ;)

Is there any chance i will not be charged for it? (She is flying tomorrow if it makes a different)

Make sure the reservation is ticketed.
Yes that's the first thing I did... It shows up on Air Berlin.

of course first make sure its ticketed and not cancelled by BA

i have had  this  many times that it was pending and then got lost for a week or more and it returned after, don't worry you''ll still see the charge ;)
Thanks
ETA: you were right does stuff don't just disappear ;)
Now it shows again.

Once you transfer them to avios, that's where they stay.
A flight that is available in AA supersaaver, is available on BA.com for fewer avios than AA points.

BA charges a fuel surcharge which AA doesn't charge (at least on american flights)

That's what he meant.  BA charges larger fuel surcharges on AA flights than AA does.

FWIW you can transfer BA Avios to Iberia. But that's about it.

Even with the heavy YQ it shouldn't be 60,000 it should be 30/35k

No it shouldn't. It's two separate flight and you pay for each separately
