Note that all sAAver flights available on AA.com are able to be booked on BA.  When there are many flights on one day, they may not all be listed on BA.com.  So you will have to call to book it.  Get the phone fee waved because it wasn't able to be booked on line.

NOTE: Household accounts will not allow transfers from Iberia to BA. Make sure you don't have a household account, and if you do, split it up.

NOTE: When booking, erase your Avios number when entering your passenger information. This will make it much simpler to add your AA Advantage number at a later time.

why are the fees 348 even on the AA flight where it was 122 with the AA site
BA charges a fuel surcharge which AA doesn't charge (at least on american flights)

That's what he meant.  BA charges larger fuel surcharges on AA flights than AA does.

from preferred card to BA and i found a flight on AA NYC-LHR-TLV for 45k. how do i transfer? and when i looked it up on BA its 60k+395 as opposed to AA which is 45k + 122 (THE SAME EXACT FLIGHT, including AIRLINES)
THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR HElP
FWIW you can transfer BA Avios to Iberia. But that's about it.

Even with the heavy YQ it shouldn't be 60,000 it should be 30/35k

No it shouldn't. It's two separate flight and you pay for each separately

Why is it different than AB with a stop in DUS?
