Help with HP printer error code

Just got the machine from a friend,had it for a while but hasn't used it.

and when I try to copy I get a error code 0xc6fd0313.

Can anyone explain what I'm supposed to ?

It's not the ink as i just got new original ink.

Sounds like you have an inkjet printer.
This error typically is the result of a printhead issue.
Either printhead gone bad or tubing leading up to the printhead is clogged.
Look at the printhead and try reseating it.
