For those who are planning for the worst and expecting to be home for Pesach, what are you doing about shopping, matzah, etc? Specifically asking because I live in an out of town community...Not easy to get everything last minute...

Costco?

I also live in an out of town community and I must say the local grocery really stepped it up in terms of sanitation, stocking goods, customer service and is considering opening a satellite location.
I baked my matzah weeks ago...
My Pesach program just cancelled today but I saw the writing on the wall when Cuomo and Murphy made the announcement.
Cleaning is progressing nicely.
We have wine and grape juice already. All poultry , fish, and beef is already in the pesach freezer. I'm confident I won't have any issues getting what I need.

Costco by us has been cleaned out. No chicken, no ground turkey, no Teva meat

Same here. They don't know when they will be getting another shipment. Also no deli or chicken nuggets etc

I picked up lots of Amnons and cheese last Thursday.

Not sure where you are , but in Lakewood available at every supermarket as well at the Matzah Bakeries

The possibility that we may have to make pesach is becoming more distinct. I already ordered $225 worth of kitchen supplies from walmart.

look at my username. I had no hava aminah of going to a "pesach program" I was planning on going to my parents or in-laws. it was only yesterday that the prospect of a city-wide lockdown was raised by the mayor.

+1. This might compound the problem (of product and food availability) if every family in klal yisroel, Young and Old, have to make their own pesach.

There should be lots of meat ordered by pesach programs which willnow become available.
