My guess is they make everyone test upon arrival (even from the US) and quarantine until they receive a negative result.

Even if they "deidentify" the info-i.e. take your name off it, it isn't hard to reidentify it, simply based on where they spend the night and where they work.

ETA: only applies if you're fully vaccinated. Unvaccinated people will still require a PCR.
