The main thing is she should be a card carrying law abiding citizen... We don't want people without cards spreading viruses

Yes, it can happen if they question the legitimacy of the card

The other way around, if they question legitimacy for whatever reason (or for no reason whatsoever) they can say oh and you need two doses anyways good bye

What is the current deal with crossing a land border to Canada (Quebec) as a vaccinated adult, with unvaccinated children 12-17. I know that the rule is that they get arrival tests and need to quarantine. What is what really happens. Any issues getting across the border? Any issue with not doing tests if returning to the US the same day? I know that the border crossings in real life are indeed simpler than the website makes it seem.

Any current info would be appreciated.

If they're not Canadian citizens they're not welcome (the children).
