So how does this work? You land in TLV, take a taxi to your quarantine location, and infect the taxi driver who passes it on to hundreds of subsequent non quarantined passengers?
Yes the whole thing doesn't make much sense, the shuls are telling members who were out of the country that they should go into quarantine at home for 14 days, now let's say the father was out of the country, and the children remained at home, so the children can go to shul while the father has to stay home?
The father passes The COVID19 to the children and they go to shul?
What good is placing in quarantine the father?
Now that's where the father has the flu, but in a case which were not sure if he has a flu or not what would it have helped by placing him in quarantine?
If people who are in contact with him and catch the same flu what is the quarantine all about?
Is this like the gemara reshon lituma shaniyah lituma, hence if someone who had the COVID19 was in contact with someone we will place him in quarantine on the slight chance he caught it and the ability to pass it on is slightly less than someone who in fact fissure has it?
I guess that's the whole reason?
But then again it's not helping for the kids if in fact he did catch it, and the kids are partying outside..
