100%. But people are trying to get in the next month’s pre pesach shopping now. Not just groceries. Another factor is that all the kids are home which means a lot more is needed.

I think this shows that the people in Crown Heights have gotten the message. Even downstairs 770 has been closed.

Kosher supermarkets have stated and reiterated that there are no food shortages. I understand that people are scared, but please stop rushing the supermarkets.

I wish local supermarkets would be more PROACTIVE in offering delivery and curbside pickup and continue to reassure people that there will be enough food!

99% of BP supermarkets do offer delivery.

just a little update people in boro park are still out and about. Stores are still full with people hoarding different items. Goldberg's for example limited chicken to 2 packs of each type per family.

Theyre trying to get maximum exposure...they think its like the measles parties of yesteryear. The short answer...because the owners of those stores...Yes Mr. Schwartz we are looking at you...are greedy and cannot seem to figure out that you can let 5 people in at a time limit their time to 10 minutes and mstill make money safely.

A few stores posted sign on Sunday, limiting the amount of ppl, 1 store even said that they won't fit the shoes. Self service.

Please refrain from using names. Even if you think there is some toeles for ppl in Brooklyn somehow, for those reading this forum from oot, there is no need to know who is keeping stores etc open

There is a shul with its mikva in Williamsburg who is open like they dont mean them..... Either its "who cares" or its simply a dumb rav/rebbe whatever you want to call him.
In either case... If one death comes out of his negligence then he can flush all his "rebbeshkeit" and "sheina torahs" down the drain, hes a baloney piece of crap.
