I think it takes time to infect the body. If a single virus gets into the body, it can't infect others a few minutes later. I would think it needs at least a day or two to proliferate in the body before being able to spread to others.

Literally every forward I get on whatsapp is fake. Is it really so damn hard to type it in google if you're stupid enough to believe it may be true?
