I am looking to match up different states to each other. I don't see how to do that there.

The other provinces in China are where I found the most unbelievable stats. Zhejiang had 1 death in over 1250. Real miracles.

https://www.axios.com/fda-coronavirus-two-minute-testing-kit-bodysphere-a665429d-488d-4edf-bd36-9180e2a06e4c.html

1. When does this hit the market in volume?

2. Quote from the linked article:

“ Yes, but: The Bodysphere two-minute test can only detect the coronavirus in people who have had the infection for several days, meaning the test can't be used too early on when the body hasn't produced enough antibodies.”

That implies that you can be viral and still have some antibodies. Unless this machine can quantify the antibodies to ascertain that you’ve reached a certain level, it doesn’t say anything about whether you’re still viral.

This is interesting. 9000 tests of self-selected population. 1% positive (means around 90) and half of them (45) asymptomatic. Not sure if the sample size is large enough, but it's definitely interesting. It's hard to say without more data. But it could mean that in a country with very low infection rates, still asymptomatic people have already been infected at some rate. Meaning that in a country with huge infection rates, maybe the infection rates are really a lot higher than we think. And maybe hospitalization and death rates are lower than we think.

Also this from the article
Quote
Stefánsson wonders whether mutations in the virus are "responsible, in some way, for how differently people respond to it -- some just develop a mild cold, while some people need a respirator," or whether a person's genetics dictates their condition.
"Or is it a combination of these two?" he asks.

One thing to keep in mind is that many people can be asymptomatic at time of testing but end up developing symptoms afterwards. WHO also made some claims about this but I won’t even bother.

Wonder how feasible it is to get these 9000 people to report how they’re doing in 2 weeks.

Why cant it be that the virus is like a cancer....some people get it in their lungs and others in other places of the body?

There were only 45 asymptomatic people, surely can’t be that difficult.

Yup. It seems like Iceland can be a great ground for research because of it's isolation and size

Good point. Would love to see the full numbers on those 9000 tests. How may were symptomatic, level of symptoms, etc.

Meanwhile it seems that this report, which was reported by Reuters, NYTimes, and more, was a hoax.

What does this say about Reuters’ credibility?

That’s nuts. And a sobering reminder of the credibility of certain MSM reporting.

Dearest family and most wonderful community,
Our hearts are overwhelmed with gratitude and we are BEGGING Hashem that every single person who has hospitalized family members should get the  miraculous phone call that we just got.

Boruch Hashem, Rabbi Schwei is off the respirator and breathing!!!
With the support of lots oxygen... and with a long road still ahead, but this a  huge, positive development.
The doctors are calling this a miracle.
Thank you for your wholehearted and constant tefillos that have surely aroused Hashem's incredible rachamim.
We trust that Hashem who brought Rabbi Schwei this far, will grant him complete health, along with every person who needs the same miracle!!
And may we celebrate this Pesach LONG AFTER  the hisgalus of Moshiach Tzidkeinu, with everyone in Klal Yisroel healthy, with no more tears of sorrow, ever, with every broken heart healed, and with all of us dancing with joy!!!
