So hospital have to keep nursing home patients that don't belong there? I can see that being a major problem when the hospitals were overwhelmed.

At this point they're no longer overwhelmed.
Another solution is to send them to the javits center, something they should have done all along.

In addition to screening before the trip, which can be done at a doctor’s office or whatever. This would be to satisfy the Israelis.

Coincidence, I know 2 people
1 a 50 YO women that had high fever + x2 lung pneumonia for a week + and after 2 days started getting better.
1 a 90+ YO man that had high fever + x2 lung pneumonia for a few days and after taking started getting better, he had someone monitoring his heart to make sure all is ok, after a few days when he was mostly better his heart started showing some irregular rhythm which he in return was instructed to stop taking, but he was mostly better by then and BH fully recovered.

When I went to parts of Africa I was given hydroxychloroquine I wasn't told there is any danger.

For most ppl there is nothing to loose, so why not take it. I just dont understand what some r thinking.

Didn't watch, but the study is not saying it accomplished what he said it did.
