My wife is a personal trainer and is training all her clients on Zoom. I wonder if there are male trainers doing the same.

Not sure how helpful this is, but some Polar and Garmin fitness watches have exercise programs built-in. For example, Polar has something called fitspark that gives you a workout on your watch - just stick figures, no people images.

It has a couple of routines. There are a couple of guys doing it together with some guys doing a variation that is harder/easier, to give you customizations to your fitness level.

Maybe try foundation training. Some videos on it.
