Why not? They need more money to put food on the table and pay mortgage, etc. If the billionaire won't be able to make the payment on his yacht, I don't think he'll garner much sympathy.

Can someone translate as this doesn't make sense: Let's do it, you're ordering him to go, and you're ordering him to take a horse that will miss him and work to run before him.
Basically, on a personal charity level, we're commanded to give someone what he needs to feel like he's not lacking - even if, in his situation, he needs a horse and rider announcing him.
