Amazon customer service/chat is down?

When trying to use chat - customer service on Amazon it says Amazon Chat isn't available at the moment, do want to continue by phone? (something like this)

I have not been able to get a agent by chat the whole day, anyone else?

Is there a link to contact Amazon? I don't see the "CHAT" button anymore. It just sends me to their FAQ links and other stuff.
