Supposedly it is. I believe mount sinai is testing for it. https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLScvkAsYR3zWK--na168eH4535woe4diUv-eGDYm03BrrwSWzg/viewform
Only if you tested positive. That's not what CV was asking about.
that's already after 11 days? Did he have symptoms when he first took the test?
I was replying to CV that they already have it in the US. Obviously they are first using it to benefit others etc. Will see how long it will take for it to roll out to the general public.
I was asking if I don't know if I had the virus can they do a test to see if I did have it? Lets say in Nov a second wave hits. Someone never showed any signs of the virus. Is there a test to see if they were infected earlier in the year?
Not true. Family member was accepted to get blood drawn and was never tested. But it’s obvious that was positive cuz of symptoms.
I’ve had a dry cough on and off for a month, and on-and-off headaches and tightness in the chest for the past 10 days or so since I’ve been holed up at home with my kids, probably all stress related. Should I be worried I Ch”v have COVID-19?
Bottom line is we don’t have massive availability of this. In South Korea you apparently have phone-booth like self-serve testing locations that can confirm antibodies within 7 minutes.
An American company just got approval for high speed testing kit. They say they will ramp it up to 50k kits a day. Who knows how long itll be till then, and even so you need their machines to read it so not everyone will be able to use it and even 50k a day wont be enough soon (if it isn't already)
For the virus or for antibodies?
Feeling under the weather since Friday. Low fever and weak. Woke up today with sever lower back pain. Anyone else?
Now all is good B"H but still 0% smell or taste.
Happy you're feeling better. Is it literally 0%?
