Not difficult, it just doesnt pull me. Eating only when I'm hungry... No more noshing or snack time...

Theres another symptom I had which I am curious if anyone else experienced. At night my mouth becomes painfully dry to the point that I need to wake up a few times to take a drink. Not getting much sleep as it is but this is definitely very uncomfortable. Anyone else experience something similar and any ideas for alleviating? Thanks.

I finished a few bottles of water a night. Thank Gd I only had it real bad for one night.

At one point most things I ate simply just "tasted" like its texture. Unnerving. But I was able to taste spicy all the way in the back of my mouth.

It really is so bizarre. I can taste a little savoriness for about a second after putting food in my mouth, and then all flavor just disappears.
If most of taste comes from smell, how was I able to taste things last night, but couldn't smell at all?

While taste comes from smell, it’s still different in your mouth than from your nose.

Update.
Lost smell and taste from the beginning. Had fever for 2 days. Had back pain following 2 days. Now all is good B"H but still 0% smell or taste.

B"H I'm starting to regain smell and taste. (After 10 days)

its not a question of immunity after you already got it everyone agrees on that (that you have immunity) its how long it lasts is the question (a few months or longer ) i heard him say in an interview today that its definitely good for longer then a few weeks

careful as far as not getting reinfected or infecting others? im trying to weigh whether i could invite my elderly parents  for pesach who have been quarantined all along. im obviously concerned about infecting them, but mayb i shouldnt be
