I got a fever, chills, and muscle aches 10 days after going to the Ohel (packed due to on 22 shvat...never again!!!) and KWFE NY on 2/17. All the docs said it couldn't be covid and besides, there was no testing then.

Got a repeat fever in mid-March and tested negative. Been home since then.

Anyone else get sick the week after KWFE?

I think the specificity claim for the specific antibodies are accurate, because they are risking major lawsuits.

I'm skeptical if having the antibody is an accurate indication of having been infected with the recent Coronavirus strain, but I have yet to see any professional claim side with me. I wonder if a certain segment of the populations develops it naturally or in response to other pathoegns

The specificity is finding the exact antibody, I'm questioning the premise that this antibody is unique to people who were infected with this coronavirus.

Dan's story, and others I know who were also isolated for weeks and still got covid-19 proves that either this virus was around from January already (I believe the gov said it yesterday) or that you can get this virus magically even while being isolated. (the gov has talked about this as well, having a lot of people taken into the hospital who were home for a while.
