Nearly every city is near a natural water source like a lake, ocean or river...
Ask a Rabbi before using a lake/river/brook, etc. for toveling keilim. It's not always so pashut that you can do that. There can be many different issues.

That is what I am currently advising people based upon guidance I recieved.
