Yes, it's based on one cluster of cases in Provincetown MA. I haven't looked at it closely, don't know if they concluded that it was being spread by those vaccinated because there's such a high proportion of vaxed people in town, or if they actually traced the transmissions. They felt it was enough info to conclude that vaxed people should mask, to prevent transmission to others. Non-vaxed have been told to mask all along.
The op-ed says "The teachers can protect themselves by vaccinating if they would like to!!" This parent (?) considers the hanholo responsible if their daughter develops "thrombosis or arrhythmia, a heart attack, or a stroke" from the vaccine, but doesn't seem to consider themselves responsible if their unvaccinated daughter transmits covid to her teacher.
