I had the great zchus to meet and interact with R' Zeev once, when someone I know dealt dishonestly with R Zeev's businesses, was questioned about invoices, and asked me to intervene to help negotiate a settlement.

R Zeev was amazing in his understanding and opening up for this individual to do teshuva. Asking him to take an order right away. He made an unbelievable impression.

Wow. I Had one dealing with him as well. We sent someone to rehab and he was central to getting this person the help he needed.

My impression of him was that he personified the term מארי עובדין טבין, and from what I hear he was was definitely also qualified as מארי תורה. And all with true humility. A truly unique individual!

Being niftar on birthday doesn't happen too often. Will truly be missed
I've been in the car with him on multiple occasions, and he would go from one phone call to the next for hours at a time. All whole helping people calmly and levelheaded.

BDE. I knew him well. He was my mohel and I used him for my son's. He was very sick the last couple of years unfortunately. Did he die from Corona? I didn't hear that.
