Thank you @cgr for all the clarity
Is it only owner occupied?
Is there a income cap? If yes what is it for a family of 6? Also does the person that is unemployed need to be on Mortgage or is it enough if she is on deed?

If unemployed then you don’t have to be able to make current payment to be eligible?
Thanks! Is it working? I got to the point when it had me create an account, and now when logged in I can't load the homepage:
wow pretty low bar 138,00 for a family of 6. Any legal work arounds?
Yes- 100% AMI. There's a chart on the NY HAF website. https://www.nyhomeownerfund.org/Any member of the household is qualifying for the unemployment provision.
unemployment is an exception to the income cap as well?
Anyone with an update on the application process? Case was assigned to a worker already? got any confirmations, requests etc?
Yes. They've started to reach out asking for additional docs.
Anyone here get a case manager assigned? My application is still under review (applied for future payments)
Not an accountant- I'm in Finance, but as far as I know Dependent Care is if both spouses work, and only covers after school, babysitters, or summer care.Used to be up to 35% of $6k if you had 2+ kids, and was non-refundableIn the new bill it's up to 50% of $16k for 2+ kids, and is refundable.
