All of them do. Just "condensing" isn't the right keyword. You just make it a lower bitrate then it is and it gets smaller.

You got me with one... But http://media.io/ does have and https://www.coolutils.com/Online/Audio-Converter/ even more detailed options.

cant you do that with iTunes? I think you can select the file, right click then get MP3 but CMIIW.

Im looking to transfer mkv to mp4, does anyone know of a reliable site. theres a lot of sketchy stuff out there, the first google result is cloudconvert and they have a chrome extension but i dont know if thats a sign of anything. Any help is appreciated TIA
