Based on what you we're saying that it is an visa Infinite benefit and CSR is VI

Was saying that it's not chase exclusive, based on that it would work on CSR too, as it's from chase. This is a benefit offered by VI, currently only being offered on the RC card and one other card not from chase. Chase could opt in for the CSR card if they wanted to.

it looks visa discount air is no longer allowing fares less than $100 from jetblue and i see the below message when i tried to book a ticket

Tickets are non-refundable, once purchased, and cannot be transferred to a different person.
An airline imposed fee of $70.00 applies for itinerary changes plus any fare difference if you change to a more expensive itinerary.

i don't know how it works if you are mosaic.

That was always listed there, add it to Jetblue account and mosaic privileges should apply.

i booked a flight a yesterday for $70 total b/w two pax so I didnt pay anything out of pocket. when I try to adjust the reservation online even though it shows DW is mosaic it will not let me.. Potentially if I call CS it may be cancelable, but I am not betting on it.

I  am having hard time finding fares that are less than $100 roundtrip. If any one encounter Please post the itinerary please.

The reason is i am trying to book a jetblue flight that shows up  as $77 roundtrip on jetblue.com and i am not able to select the same itinerary on this website.

Is there a number we can call and see if that specific itineary can be booked.

They coded the system so it doesn't display flights under $100 each. The minimum you will be paying now is $100.
