My usual dry cleaners closed, even though I believe they're considered essential and still allowed to be open. Does anyone know of a dry cleaners that's still accepting dropoffs, in Flatbush (preferably) or BP?

Some of us like our pajamas pressed. In all seriousness laundromats are essential and open. Landaus on Ft. Hamilton is open as far as I know.

For some of us it's not as simple as grabbing our kapote off the hanger.

Shabbos is still Shabbos, and Yom Tov is still Yom Tov, and not all of us who've already been quarantining have enough clothes to make it through the end of Pesach.

Thanks, I actually used Landau's this week, but it's quite far from my house and their pickup/dropoff schedule from Flatbush is quite limited, so I was hoping to find someplace closer (and wouldn't mind cheaper either).

It's interesting, in the first draft for NYS they were included but then it seems like they removed them because I don't see them listed anymore.
Laundromat are considered essential.
If the dry cleaners has only one worker, they are exempt and can remain open.

when you all go into the store the store becomes a hotstpot. seriously cant imagine the mitzvah of being mechabed yom tov outweighs the mitzvah of U'Shmartem MEOD Et Nafshoteichem.

Is that an actual pasuk? Is it an actual "mitzvah"? (Your larger point is of course correct.)
