Question: if the blunder was listening to the WHO or CDC, is that an administration blunder? What about listening to conventional wisdom? I just want to make sure I understand what you consider an "administration blunder" so I don't miss any.

You assume he is listening to someone. That is his major blunder since he took office. He doesn't listen to anyone.

The fact is there are states and regions that do not have the density of NY/NJ and will never have as many cases. There needs to be a balance. The Feds cannot impose one standard across so many different states and regions.

When there is a national emergency/crisis the courts will probably side with the government.
The debate I seen yesterday was about CDC doing it under a national health emergency. They have the authority to quarantine but doing it for the whole nation is another story.
