I want to clarify something. When you say “this administration”, do you mean relative to other countries? Other leaders? How you would have done it? Even if in hindsight something doesn’t work out, that does not by definition equal a blunder. So I’m curious what you’re referring to.

I've heard first hand, Nursing homes pleaded to send (relatively small number of) Covid patients to Javitz or the ship so as not to infect the rest of the home, and were flatly denied thereby resulting in many deaths.

I’m pretty sure Cuomo said openly in his Thursday press conference that he does not have responsibilities to nursing homes, he has responsibilities to hospitals.
