I think what he was trying to say is "we need to see what the president does and then we can shout about how he's doing it all wrong and he needs to do something else."

Can anyone show me a politician who has handled this properly, in a way that didn't cost any lives? I don't know why we keep pointing fingers, as if anyone else did it (or is doing it) right.

Any past president would have listened to the experts and acted. Just like many states are listening to the experts and acting.
