Looks like an independent run. He'd obliterate both of of them in a 3 person race, IMO. Liberal enough to compete with Biden without the senility issues, anti-establishment enough to beat Trump at that game, and the religious nuts are still going to church/shul, so time will tell if they get a vote.

I don't believe the constitution provides any mechanism for the the President to remain in power beyond January.

Trump has 33-35% Kool-Aid drinkers. About the same for the left fringe. Can he even get on the ballot now besides write in?

The ballots aren't set, considering the nominations aren't official yet, so I'm sure there's a mechanism to get him on. And I think you're over-estimating the Kool-Aid drinkers... A lot of them are in it for his style, and Cuban will take a chunk of those.

Your wrong on so many levels. Although fits right into the anti trump agenda ;). Here in California there is a national stay at home order. Stores are busy like regular, streets are full, parks are full, everything is running regular. Only thing different is some people not going to work. Stay at home order is nice, but clearly doesn't have a profound impact on people.

Stay-at-home is a mindset and helps on many levels. CA would have been worse if people didn't stay at home. You can't fix stupid.
