Does anyone here recognize the voice?

NOTE: It's 29 minutes but well worth every second. I like people who tell it like it as and don't sugarcoat things, this is exactly that. So far I have not found who it is.

are you 100% certain? I hard this was from a rabbi Hauer from Baltimore that was sent to his kids.
