IZ = Israel Zion = Maimonides Hospital

From https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Maimonides_Medical_Center:
Quote
In 1920 Israel Hospital merged with Zion Hospital to form United Israel Zion Hospital, later renamed Israel Zion Hospital. Maimonides Medical Center was formed as a result of the merger of United Israel Zion Hospital and Beth Moses Hospital in 1947.
Hatzolah uses IZ as code for the hospital. So should we. Unless you are really good at spelling.

What he’s saying is dangerous. What if someone ch”v needs the hospital and postpones going or stays home because of a video like this. It could be a life-or-____ decision R”L...
Yup. Has already happened that people delayed calling Hatzalah because they were afraid of sending their loved one to a hospital. Not from this voice note, but the general spread of sensationalist trash and fear mongering.

I personally know of such a story, although the fear is real.
it’s like being stuck between a stone and a hard place.

While one should never delay calling hatzalah I would not call peoples concerns sensationalist trash and fear mongering. Unfortunately it sounds like there was alot to be afraid of there. Hatzalah wasn't avoiding the hospital because of "sensationalist trash and fear mongering".

Both can be true at the same time. Look at my previous post.

Call Hatzola if you have difficulty breathing and/or after consulting with your primary care doctor. They know what is going on and can direct accordingly. I have heard rumors of people who are on oxygen at home under supervision of hatzola, probably for this reason.

HAtzolah trying to keep patients at home at all costs. Oxygen Saturation of 85 or lower while already on High concentration Oxygen is the threshold I am hearing.

Can say from personal experience. Doctors wouldn't send my wife to the hospital until today when her oxygen was consistently 83

Seems Bobov set up some sort of system where you can receive phone message updates on Yom Tov about relatives at Maimonides:

They are marketing it to volunteers as an Urgent Care 9am-9pm. I just dont understand this right now. @Luvisrael would love an explanation.
