AA allows cancellations

Just got an email from AA. They'll allow me to cancel my flight (booked with miles) but I need to call to get my miles reinstated.

Was able to get cancelled and reinstated via Twitter DM. Web Saver. Was quarantined so could’ve been a different situation.
