Got this email from customer service:
"Due to the impact of the COVID 19 virus and the resulting closure of our DSW stores we are extending our standard return policy. We will now allow a full refund, with receipt, 90 days from the date of purchase. All other return and exchange terms and conditions apply.And we will wave off the shipping charges as well due to corona virus.Or else you can also return it later once our store opens."
