I don’t think there is a specific law but if you have 10-12 people or less and are socially distant (masks?) I don’t see why it’s much different than a minyan

might be OT but couple weeks before pesach i made fire in a foil pan grill to burn the hafrashas challah in my backyard. within minutes there were no less than three fire trucks and two sherriffs with dozens of volunteers converging on my property. they didnt write me up a summons since i showed them that it was within a foil pan but just goes to show that when the fire corps are bored they might jump on seeminlgly innocuous activities
