Purchased ticket to TLV with UR they emailed me that the flight times changed by a few hours asking if I accept? or other option is Cancel, I wanted to wait to see if united will cancel but they write final request and they won't pick up phones only for flights within 72 hours, cannot go if need to quarantine trip is only 7 days, I want refund what should i do now?

I drive by EWR on a daily basis x2 & today there were 2 planes parked at the gates for the entire Newark.
One lufthansa plane & one United plane. Was WEIRD!!!!!!!
