With every government program there is fraud involved, but giving money to everyone is necessary as some business owners (and their workers) are completely out of work. Why would we send our tax dollars just for people that work in risky environments.
I guess you are a no?  :)
Hazard pay: extra payment for working under dangerous conditions.
Only on DDF does 24/6 mean 24/5/half/half

Depends on the job. Generally I would be a no. In a healthcare setting, absolutely yes.

It should be dependent on the importance of the job. A restaurant delivery driver doesn't need to be working. His business wants to stay open, so they can offer him extra for the risk. It should not be government mandated. However, any job considered essential to keep the country safe should get some hazard pay. I'd argue that UPS/FedEx drivers are essential to keeping people out of stores, albeit with less risk if they just drop packages with no personal contact. So sliding scale, and with definite exception for non-essential jobs.

So workers at a hospital should get hazard pay? Does that include the custodians that mop the floors?

Delivery divers are extremely essential in this crisis.

Absolutely.
I could maybe see a difference with somebody that doesn't work in the actual hospital. For example, I know Northwell (largest network in the greater NYC area) has all (or at least most) of their billing from a completely different location. Those people 1) aren't essential 2) aren't putting themselves at a major risk

They’re essential in that they’re making sure the medical staff getting hazard pay is actually getting paid...

I'm curious for people's opinions on healthcare workers who are normally well paid, do they deserve hazard pay as well? Thinking physical therapists and doctors for example.

I know what I think about this, just curious about everyone else's opinions

not all front line healthcare workers get paid well.
CNAs PCTs minimum wage maybe a little more, EMTs are getting paid minimum wage maybe a little more......
There are so many front line workers not being compensated what they should especially now.

Sorry I wasn't clear. The ones who aren't paid well should certainly be compensated extra. I was wondering if people think the same should apply to those medical professionals who are compensated more highly to begin with
